In 2022 Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Headquarters on Bestwood Lodge Drive will be closed with the organisation moving to the new Nottinghamshire’s Police and Fire Service joint headquarters at Sherwood Lodge.
The site has been earmarked for a new development with an application submitted for 32 dwellings to be constructed with the below location plan showing the site area (in blue) and the proposed development area (in red):
